Bioinformatics Project Lead

We are looking for experienced bioinformatics professionals who can take ownership of research projects from initial requirements through analysis, interpretation, reporting, and publication support.

Responsibilities

Lead bioinformatics projects from scoping to final delivery
Design appropriate analytical strategies for research questions
Coordinate datasets, analyses, timelines, and project requirements
Review analytical results and ensure scientific quality
Prepare publication-ready figures, tables, and analytical reports
Communicate technical findings clearly to researchers and clients

Requirements

Master’s / PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field
Strong practical experience with NGS and/or omics data analysis
Proficiency in R and/or Python
Strong scientific writing and interpretation skills
Experience working independently on research projects
Publication experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Support preparation and development of scientific manuscripts
Assist with literature reviews and evidence synthesis

Review scientific structure, clarity, and interpretation
Support manuscript revisions based on reviewer comments
Work with computational and statistical teams to integrate analytical results into publications

Requirements
