Sequencing & genomics
WGS/WES, variant calling, RNA-seq, single-cell, epigenomics, and metagenomics with documented pipelines and QC.
Confidential research support for bioinformatics, genomics, multi-omics, and data-driven biomedical research—from analysis and methods through to manuscript, internal peer review, and journal selection.
We support computational research across a broad range of fields. Each links to how we work in that area.
Reproducible, version-tracked analysis using established, peer-reviewed tools—documented so your methods section is precise and defensible.
WGS/WES, variant calling, RNA-seq, single-cell, epigenomics, and metagenomics with documented pipelines and QC.
Integrating genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to build a coherent biological picture.
Study design and power, statistical modelling, survival analysis, and machine learning applied appropriately and transparently.
We support the parts of the process where computational rigour matters—while authorship and conclusions stay yours.
Publication-quality figures, and methods and results writing aligned to reporting standards.
An independent in-house review of analysis, figures, and claims before you submit.
Guidance on matching your paper to a suitable, reputable journal for scope and audience.
Reviewer-response analysis, additional analyses, and formatting to address referee comments.
We follow accepted academic guidelines (ICMJE). We do not claim authorship or ownership of your research, and we never guarantee journal acceptance or peer-review outcomes.
Many of the research projects our team supports are conducted under confidentiality agreements and institutional or client-specific NDAs. For this reason, we do not publicly disclose confidential manuscripts, datasets, unpublished findings, client identities, or project-specific publication details without explicit authorization. We respect the confidentiality of every research collaboration.
Where a paper is publicly available and our involvement is expressly permitted to be disclosed, we may reference it—but only with the client’s permission. Confidentiality always takes priority.
Tell us about your project and we’ll scope the analysis, figures, and manuscript support you need.
